Cohee Memorial Hall, Claymont — Cohee Memorial Hall is convienently located just off of I-95 and I-495 in Claymont, DE. Our wonderful Banquet Hall has been recently updated and is the perfect location for Weddings, Banquets and any large scale social function. Resort Pointe, Fenwick Island — I have two homes that can hold up to 95 guests for a wedding and/or reception. Both houses are in Fenwick Island. You can see them at our website and the houses are the Indian House and the Sunset House.

I have a list of preferred vendors to assist you in planning your wedding.

Both locations can have both indoor and outdoor activity as they have large decks that can be tented and the Sunset House has a pool area which can be tented.
