Host your next event at The American Helicopter Museum & Education Center. The Museum can accommodate any type of event, large or small with over 3,000 square feet of flexible space, including the Museum Gallery and Theater. Treat your guests to a memorable event, dining among large and small helicopters. SPRING PARTY SPECIAL: Rental of our gallery floor only in the evening (after 5pm) for 4 hours (includes set-up and break-down time), use of tables and chairs, and bringing in the food/drinks/catering of your choice. Ideal for adult birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs, baby showers, wedding showers, fundraisers and receptions. Rental Fee: $1500 EVENING RENTAL: Our most popular rental option is our full museum floor plus theater and conference room. Your main event will take place on the museum floor surrounded by our collection of helicopters and also includes use of the outdoor patio. This is perfect for weddings, holiday parties, and other large gatherings. This rental begins at 5pm and allows access to the space for up to 7 hours including set-up and break-down time. You can bring the in the catering or food and drink of your choice. Rental Fee: $3500 includes use of tables and chairs THEATER RENTAL: Our theater space holds up to 80 reception style or 140 lecture style and can be rented for professional groups/training during museum hours. The rental allows access to the space for up to 5 hours Rental Fee: $750 CHILDREN'S PARTY: Children's parties of up to 30 guests include museum entrance for guests and a 1 year family membership for the host. You have access to the Snack Room/Kitchen for up to 2 hours and can can bring in the food/drinks of your choice. Party Fee: $425 ($350 for museum members) Contact us for other event options.
