I was one of those people that thought I could do it all. But, as the countdown got closer to our big event (a three night weekend vow renewal ceremony that involved camping, no cell service, high standards, etc.) Rebecca and Carol jumped in immediately. but instead of taking over or becoming overbearing they were extremely easy to work with - they knew I still wanted a lot of control but they also instinctively knew where I was going to fall down and how to jump in proactively and make sure nothing fell through the cracks. They reviewed all my plans, made revisions, suggestions and more. Leading up the to event they were a wealth of resources and kept my mind relaxed as the weekend approached. They connected me linen providers, floral, caterers and more. all top notch. They knew what to pay, what not to pay. The day(s) of the event they were amazing. They basically worked 24 hours straight. From 10AM, hitting the ground running, throughout the day managing the kids entertainment, some parking issues, the table decorations, the flowers, the ceremony rehearsal managing the caterers and the bar, cleaning up as we partied, etc. In addition to all this, we had some extreme issues with our caterers (yes, they served pork at a jewish wedding despite multiple reminders) and carol and rebecca were godsends to not just manage the catering breakdown in real time, but also to provide amazing counsel in the follow up to make sure we came to a favorable resolution with the caterer. I could go on and on about both of them. But perhaps the greatest testimony is that they exceeded all of my expectations and one of my favorite pictures from the whole weekend is of the three of us laughing late at night on Saturday night. They are truly pros. I would hire them again in a second for even the smallest event I might have.

We worked with Carol as our "day-of" event planner, and couldn't be more pleased with how things went. She went above and beyond her duties in every way, from meeting with us numerous times to make sure our vision was well executed, to streamlining things on the wedding day. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and our guests commented on how smoothly things ran, how beautiful the decorations were, and how impressed they were with our relaxed attitude. This was the best part - we were able to enjoy our own wedding! We would highly recommend Well Done Events, and Carol in particular, as one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. It was a magical day, in large part due to Carol's hard work. We look forward to working with her on future events.
