You need a simple, reliable way to manage your schedules without the headache of manual updates or the risk of double-booking events. That’s why we built our calendar integration as a subscriber-only feature so you can keep your availability accurate across all your personal and professional schedules.
Here are a couple things to keep in mind about these features
Read-only sync: Calendar integration is read-only. You can view your external calendar events inside Eventective, and your Eventective events can show up in your external calendar, but changes must always be made in the calendar where the event or appointment was originally created.
Blocking availability: If a date is truly off the table, still mark it "Not Available" in your Eventective calendar. That’s what planners see on your profile.
With that, let’s dive in!
Here's why you'll love it
Managing a successful event business means juggling tours, client meetings, setup schedules, and personal commitments, among many other things. Our new calendar integration works behind the scenes to give you peace of mind.
Here’s what else it gives you:
No double bookings: Automatically keep your availability up to date, stay organized, and keep client booking experiences smooth.
Complete schedule visibility: View all your appointments, venue tours, and confirmed bookings in one centralized place.
Saved time: If you're manually copying dates back and forth between platforms, you’re wasting a lot of time. Spend less time updating schedules and more time doing what you do best.
Here are two easy ways to connect any calendar
We know every business operates a little differently, so we made setup fast and flexible. You can connect your Eventective calendar to your preferred calendar tool using two options:
1. Connect Calendars (Google and Outlook)
If you use Google Calendar or Outlook, this option gives you full two-way visibility. Simply sign in to your Google or Microsoft account from your Eventective settings, map your calendar, and set your sync direction. Make a change on one calendar, and you’ll see it in real time on the other. All you have to do is decide where you want to see changes (in both places or just one).
2. Calendar Link (Apple calendar, mobile apps, and more)
Using another calendar app? You can connect almost any calendar using a subscription link (.ics file). Just copy your custom link from your Eventective settings and paste it into your preferred calendar app to view all your Eventective bookings in your external calendar.
