We have been lucky enough to work with Lesa on this event for a few years and each year, she exceeds our expectations. She is not only the consummate professional, but is one of the easiest people I’ve ever worked with. She was always incredibly responsive to each of our needs prior to, during and after our events. She helped to guide our meal choices, flower options, linen colors and everything in-between. Further, she worked with the service staff to execute flawless delivery of the plates to each table. On top of all of this, she bent over backwards to accommodate last minute meal changes and specific dietary needs. Overall, Lesa is certainly one of the best of the best. I am certain that you know this from working with her over the year. We are such big fans of the Infinity Group specifically based on our experiences with Lesa. We have used The Bridge Building as our prom venue for the past 3 years and our students and staff love it. From booking the space to event planning to the big night, the staff is attentive to detail and focused on helping us provide a positive, once in a lifetime, experience to our students. I organized my company's annual operations meeting and we held our final night's event at The Bridge Building. The venue has a cool warehouse feel, blended with a modern touch and the best views of the Nashville skyline and lower Broadway. My rep, Sue Harrigan, made the entire process very simple and provided valuable consultation to keep us on budget while still creating a wonderful event that our guests absolutely loved. The staff was so easy to work with, professional and very friendly at our event. I would highly recommend The Bridge Building for small or large events. They are great at what they do.
