We had a lot of changes prior to our event, and we're talking big changes. Michelle, the woman I worked with, was so patient, so understanding, and so helpful. She reiterated that she just wanted us to have the best experience possible and to make sure we had everything we wanted/needed.
The actual food was DELICIOUS. We did a buffet style Taco Salad Bar, and we fed upwards of 115 people. Non-stop raving about the quality of the food. Would definitely recommend for any event. They're absolutely wonderful!
