Our "Day of Coordination" Package with Partial Planning a unique program we created based on demand. Planning a wedding can be a lot of fun, but at times it can also get to be a tedious chore. We provide services in all areas and found that many looking for Coordination really still needed some assistance coming down the home stretch. When we're called in for Day Of Coordination, few couples are completely ready to turn over everything that last week and say "we're done and ready for the final schedule and coordinator." We found there's always a few items that need handling, seating, place cards, missing items, etc. and all is not ready for just a final schedule and coordination of the vendors. We also found we weren't offering what couples needed, so we now do DOC with four hours of planning to help you complete all remaining items during the last 2-3 weeks. Whatever remains pending, we'll help get it done, coordinate the vendors, work up the schedule and timeline, help with the rehearsal, coordinate the ceremony, keep you on schedule, assist your guests, be onsite for a full 8 hours, handle crises that occur, giving you peace of mind to enjoy your special day.
