Hazard Factory Outlet is a 3000 sq foot event space in South Park, Seattle Washington. This is an industrial space with concrete floors and 21 foot ceilings. The room is furninshed with several couches and a bar, the bulk of the space is open. We provide a projector which may be used to project onto the lagest wall, which provides a roughly 20 by 30 screen. The room has a new JBL self powered speaker. We also have 200 chairs and 12 eight foot tables which we can provide for your event. There are two bathrooms which adjoin the space. There are two large roll up doors at dock height, which makes load in and load out very easy. The gas heat keeps the room toasty. There is endless parking available, and room for food trucks to park outside. We are a great venue for team building (which we also offer) off-sites, presentations, photo-shoots, drawing sessions, fire performance, classes and summer camps. We have a bar and guests may serve alcohol if they provide a licensed bartender.
