$2,000 for the 5 hours of rental (including set-up and clean-up time) **$300 per additional hour**
Our facility is available to rent for small to medium-sized private events. With 2800 sq. ft. available between two floors, our space is ideal for gatherings accommodating 40-80 guests. (Maximum capacity is 120; this number will decrease depending on your unique event and utilization of space.) Our space is suitable for meetings, showers, annual holiday parties, retirement parties, anniversary celebrations, wedding cocktail hour, etc. The street-level (main) gallery features open space with white walls, hardwood floors, exposed brick and industrial accents. The basement gallery is a smaller area featuring white walls, concrete floor, exposed beams and exposed brick. This floor is accessed by stairs and includes the bathroom and a small kitchenette. The basement gallery can be utilized as extended hosting space, or can be piped and draped in sections for catering prep. * Our venue is not recommended for weddings, for events which require theater-style seating, or for events which require decorations and/or transformations to the space. Furthermore, the 120 maximum can only be achieved in an event where not all guests are present at once, but rather, foot traffic flows in and out during the course of that event.
