We have (5) a newly renovated loft spaces located in Midtown Manhattan, steps from Penn Station, Soho and The Bronx. We have 3 studio rental options available in our 900-6000 sq. ft facilities. Our prices range from $199-$500 per hour. These rates are based on your dates, room size, number of attendees and the amenities needed for your event. Smaller Rooms can be used for Photo Shoots and are $25per hour & Up. Our facilities have Private V.I.P. / lounge areas, floor plans that can be used for relaxing or cocktails, hard wood floors, 1-2 bathrooms, Coat check, front desk, special dim lighting throughout space, walls of windows, neutral toned decor throughout.
