We work with most budgets. However, keep in mind, that pre production, production and post production, print design, set up and breakdown, research and development are a very integral part of planning a party. It is a lot of work. Realize that the average event for 50 guests usually runs about $5,000 to $10,000. Larger Milestone events and Weddings/Upscale events average in pricing $20,000-30,000 for up to 100 guests. Banquet halls which are beautifully decorated, usually include these fees including space rental, several food and beverage options. No need to rent dishes or flatware. Servers and waitstaff are there to serve you. This is a great option. We can decorate your tables and offer reasonably priced packages including invites, table top decor and a sweets/dessert table.
So you know, for just rental space for you "do-it-yourself" folks, rentals usually start at $1,500-$2,000 for the space which is empty. All tableware, linens, food and other decor must be rented or purchased. Some rentals of furnishings are required. We are here to serve you and can plan and execute your very special day with grace, expertise and good taste according to your vision and budget by our professional team.
