People Often Ask

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date and allow time for menu planning. Rush bookings are possible depending on availability—reach out and we'll make it work.
Full setup and breakdown, professional baristas, all equipment and supplies, specialty beverages, branded cups if desired, and complete bar management throughout your event. We arrive 60–90 minutes early and stay as long as needed.
Yes! We arrive with everything—espresso machines, grinders, matcha whisks, cups, napkins, and all serving essentials. You provide the space; we provide the rest.
We scale from intimate gatherings of 20 to large events of 500+. Our team adjusts setup and staffing based on your guest count and event duration.
We're based in Miami and primarily serve South Florida. For events outside our area, contact us directly—we may be able to accommodate depending on location and logistics.
To operate our coffee and matcha bar, we require access to a standard 110-volt electrical outlet near the service area, a minimum 8' x 8' setup space, and a flat, shaded area for service.
