Food and Beverage Minimum: Client agrees to a Food and Beverage Minimum of $xx plus 25% Gratuity and prevailing sales tax. Should the actual Food and Beverage fall below the guaranteed minimum the difference will be charged as a Room Rental. Guest Counts and Guest Arrival: Please notify the Sales Representative of your final guaranteed guest count in writing at least 3 business days prior to the event date to ensure appropriate table settings and service adjustments. We have estimated your dining experience to last approximately 2 hours- a timely arrival is much appreciated. Late arrival will impact the time allotted for your dining experience. If the group is more than 15 minutes late, the reservation will risk cancellation. Menu Selection: Menu selection outlined on Page 1. Guest with Special Dietary need and/or food allergies will be accommodated with advance notice or whenever feasible at the time of service. All menu items are subject to prevailing tax and 25% gratuity. Beverage: We offer complete cocktail, beer, wine and champagne service on consumption. All beverages are subject to prevailing tax, 25% gratuity. Availability of wine and other beverage is subject to change based on availability. Venteux Brasserie Café & Oyster Bar reserves the right to change or substitute wine selections. Should your wine selection become unavailable Venteux Brasserie Café & Oyster Bar will substitute with another available selection that is comparable to your original selection. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE WITH VALID ID TO PURCHASE AND/OR CONSUME ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE. Deposit: A Non-Refundable Deposit is due upon contract signing. A valid credit card authorization form must be filled out. In the event you find it necessary to cancel (please see cancellation policy) the credit card you have provided will be charged. Payment: All hosted items will be tabulated and presented for your verification, signature and payment at the end of your function. We accept cash and all major credit cards. Large Party checks may be split up to 3 ways. Cancellation Policy: In the event you find it necessary to cancel your reservation IN FULL, please be aware that the following fees will be applied to the Credit Card on file: Cancellation fee does not apply to Guest Count Changes. 30 or more days prior to reservation date: Non Refundable Deposit 29 days-48 hours prior to reservation date: 50% of estimated BEO charges (plus 25% gratuity). Special Requests or Instructions: The use of balloons, glitter, confetti, tape, or tacks is not permitted in our restaurant.
