We've perfected fine dining at Alinea, the only 3-Michelin Starred restaurant in the Midwest, and through our ever-changing menus at 1-Michelin Starred Next restaurant. Want to focus on cocktails? Head to The Aviary, a restaurant for cocktails. The Aviary is a playground where your idea of what a night out drinking will be challenged and redefined. Or head down to The Office, located directly below The Aviary. An intimate speakeasy serving classically inspired cocktails and vintage spirits. Lastly, our boisterous concepts Roister and St. Clair where we've built our kitchens to be the restaurant. Here you will find open-format kitchens that offer creative menus filled with seasonal ingredients and diverse flavors.
