People Often Ask
Weddings and private events are exclusively hosted during the summer months, starting in June and concluding by the third weekend of August. We do not host outside events while school is in session.
Per fire code, the Boathouse can accommodate up to 115 guests with audience-style seating for a ceremony. If using for a reception, seating is limited to about 75 at tables, with use of the dance floor.
The Grayson Center can seat up to 180 guests at tables and chairs, but this does not leave room for a dance floor. For receptions with dancing, we recommend up to 120 guests seated around the perimeter.
We do not provide overnight lodging on campus for wedding bookings. However, we are happy to recommend excellent local hotels and accommodations in the area.
Because we do not have an indoor space large enough for a reception of 150 or more guests, most parties of this size rent a tent to set up on the field overlooking Wolfeboro Bay adjacent to our boathouse.
The facility and field rental is $9,500. This is considered a raw space rental, meaning clients are responsible for renting the tent, tables, chairs, and any other setup equipment separately.
Yes, you can host both your ceremony and reception on campus during our summer season using our beautiful indoor lakeside spaces or outdoor field areas.
Since our facilities are rented as raw spaces, you have the flexibility to bring in your own licensed vendors, including caterers, DJs, and rental companies, to customize your celebration to your liking.
