Can I rent your kitchen for preparation of food for an off-site event?
Adjacent to our Tech Preppy Room are two more walk-In refrigerators that adds another 8,000 cubic feet of large industrial cold storage, that can be rented out for food and floral produce. This allows a convenient option for large catering and food service providers to utilize the Tech Preppy Room as a floral or food prep room, as a ghost kitchen and as a commissary. Prices will be quoted, as requested, for each unique situation.

How much will my reservation cost?
You can estimate the total cost of your rental using the info above. Please remember to include time for setup and cleanup in your total reservation time. Renters must carry insurance covering their events. Each event is different - for the exact cost, and to make a reservation, send e-mail to jasfestproperties@gmail.com or call 805-401-6409.
Can we get a non-profit discount?
If your group is incorporated as a non-profit organization in the state of California, and/or is designated as a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) organization for tax purposes, you should qualify for the non-profit rental rate. Other charitable and youth organizations may also qualify for this rate even if they have not been formally incorporated as a non-profit. Please contact us for more information.
Can I cancel my reservation after I make it?
Yes, you can cancel a reservation up to 30 days prior to the event and receive a partial refund of our rental fee. Please send e-mail or call as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Can I serve alcohol at my event?
Alcohol can be served inside the Community Hall building, if arrangements for this service have been approved prior to your event. You will need to complete and sign additional forms. If you plan to sell alcohol, you will need to provide a copy of your ABC license. How many people does your facility hold?
The maximum occupancy of our 50 ft. x 32 ft. (1,600 -sq.-ft) Main Event Room is 125 people. This is the standing occupancy (without any tables and chairs in the room). The seated capacity of the room is about 100 people. With reception tables and chairs, the occupancy is about 80 people. With Classroom tables and chairs, the occupancy is about 60 people. Additional indoor and outdoor facilities are available upon request: including our 27 ft. x 49 ft. Tech Preppy Room that is periodically available, with another 1,323-sq.-ft. of open space. The Tech Preppy Room offers approximately the same capacities as the aforementioned Main Event Room. A 20 ft. x 50 ft. clearing, within our Alcohol and Ethanol Distillery Room, adds 1,000-sq.-ft. of open space. Onsite land use accommodations are also available for outdoor activities and/or to install an event tent that can hold up to 250 additional people. Prices will be quoted for each unique event.
Do you provide smartboards, whiteboards, stag, projector/screen and sound?
We have some equipment installed in the auditorium, and prior arrangements are required. Please check with us when making reservations.
Chairs and tables are not included in your rental price. Prices will be quoted, as requested, for each unique event.
Do you have kitchen facilities?
Beside the Main Event Room is our 17 ft. x 12 ft. (204-sq.-ft.) kitchen with a pass-through countertop for serving and catering to your guests. Our Catering Kitchen includes all of the necessary essentials. This includes a full-size range and oven, a large refrigerator, a commercial-sized double sink, a dishwasher and more than enough cabinet space. Just in case the refrigerator in our Catering Kitchen is not large enough, just a few feet down the hall is a forty-sq.-ft. walk in refrigerator for extra cold food storage. We have a large microwave oven in the kitchen. We also have a large (20 to our kitchen is available for rent, if you are also renting another room in the facility. Please plan on bringing with you all pans, dishes, glasses and utensils you will need.
