David DePhillips, CEO and Founder of Five Star Staffing, previously worked in the hospitality and food service industry for more than fourteen years and had worked in the staffing industry for ten years. Mr. DePhillips' previous experience includes working in the Banquet and Food and Beverage Departments of some of the most prestigious hotels in the Philadelphia area, notably the Ritz Carlton and the Four Seasons hotels. Mr. DePhillips has also managed events for a Philadelphia based catering company with exclusive rights to the University of Pennsylvania Museum and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
Following these experiences, Mr. DePhillips began Five Star Staffing with a goal of providing personal, consistent, quality service to his customers that far exceeded the industry standard. He has served as President of Five Star Staffing for the past ten years, and screens all Five Star Staffing employees before they are hired so as to maintain the consistent and high level of service to which he is accustomed.
