Located on the upper level of the Onset Bay Center, McFadden Hall overlooks the beautiful bay, catching both the sunrise and sunset through is floor-to-ceiling windows. The McFadden Hall features a gathering space for 150 guests, historical photographs and information about the original bathhouse and the Onset waterfront, speakers and a projector, a full caterer’s kitchen, and tables and chairs to accommodate a variety of events.
The Onset Bay Center is run by the Buzzards Bay Coalition, a nonprofit that offers high-quality on-the-water programming for thousands of families every year. Your fee is giving back directly to our community. For more information on the Coalition, please visit our website.

We had our daughter’s wedding here at Onset Bay Center. Throughout all of this, the staff was incredible. The setting is just beautiful. The hall is wonderful for a wedding under 100 people.

A fiftieth anniversary celebration with 70 guests. The site is gorgeous with a spectacular view. It is well appointed. Everything we needed was easily accessible. Staff were accommodating and a an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed if they make this choice.
Baby Shower

We rented the center for the baby shower. It was easy to rent. Place was clean. They provided tables and chairs and blue table cloths. Everything else you have to bring yourself. Nothing else is provided. It was a warm day for mid-September so parking was real tough, The lot was pretty full. Also construction going on so the walkway was closed off. Made a bit hard for catering service vehicles as everything needed to be carried up the stairs. They managed . There was an employee that stood here the entire time. She stood in office in case we had questions. She was friendly and nice. Place has beautiful view of the water. It is a great spot to rent.

This venue and the water view are amazing. Angie is wonderful to work with. It is clean and set up with round tables and table clothes and chairs. There is a speaker system and video screen to use. It is very well set up, I would not hesitate to use this again!!

The Onset Bay Center was the perfect place to host my daughters Sweet 16 party! It was reasonably priced, staff was great, and can’t beat the view. Would highly recommend!

A surprise party for my husband.
The hall was as expected and the kitchen was very clean and efficient for our use. Guests were very pleased with the choice. The view is a great bonus! Highly recommend!
