The Alabama Museum of Natural History is housed in Smith Hall which features the beautiful Grand Gallery. The Grand Gallery, one of the most beautifully proportioned interiors on the UA campus, features ornate Corinthian columns and houses exhibits of fossils, rocks, and minerals from the Coal Age, Dinosaur Age, and Ice Age. This beautiful space can be rented for private receptions and dinners! If you are interested in renting the Grand Gallery, you can obtain a copy of the rental request form on our website and contact us to submit your event request.
