White House Mansion is a hidden treasure of Tulsa for weddings, receptions, parties, holiday gatherings and corporate events. The 10,000 sq. ft. charming, historic mansion, on 10 acres of land, features a gorgeous ballroom, a romantic, temperature controlled, covered deck and an antiquary Fiesta Plaza for indoor & outdoor events. Regular rental for an evening wedding and reception is 8 hours. Morning wedding rental is 6 hours. Additional hours beyond contracted period is $200 per hour. Hours for birthday parties, baby showers, graduation parties, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties and various corporate activities may vary. Party with over 40 people will have a minimum 4 hour rental period. Hours of operations are from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Prices include wedding, reception, bridal chambers, columns, gazebo, tables and chairs (up to 300 chairs, 25 round tables and 6 rectangular tables). Set up, tear down and clean up are included for parties with less than 120 pp.
Terms and Conditions
50% deposit is required to reserve a date. The remaining balances must be paid 120 days prior to the event.
