We worked with the team at the Sheraton North Baltimore in Towson, MD to host a 3-day academic research conference. Being "post-covid," there were many questions and considerations, and the landscape changed during the planning process, too. The staff at the Sheraton were always available for questions during the planning phase and the on-site team was spectacular. In particular, we felt that Alesia Liadziankina made it easy and stress-free to have our event at the Sheraton. During our event, we had the pleasure of being taken care of by a team of people who were friendly, professional, and attentive. We'd like to specifically acknowledge KeitH, Nathan, Iraj, Taniz, Ronald, John and Naresh for excellent service! Our organization has been holding an in-person, multi-day conference annually for over a decade - we are no strangers to the event planning process or execution. Our experience at the Sheraton was top-notch, and we would absolutely consider returning if we plan another event in the Baltimore region. We recommend the venue without any reservation to any organization looking for a conference site host.
