I live out of state but regularly need to send flowers in the Phoenix Metro area. All of the employees I have interacted with have done an excellent job of listening to what I want and making whatever I dream up a beautiful reality. If I don't know what it is I want exactly they do a great job of giving suggestions that in my experience have always been spot on. The best part is they even make and deliver corsages. I use them every year to send a Mother's Day corsage and my mother-in-law absolutely loves them. She is “old school†and loves to where a corsage on Mother's Day Sunday to church, but we live too far a way to give her one in person. Phoenix Flowers takes care of that for us and I can always trust that they do a beautiful job. Their delivery staff is very friendly too. Lastly, no matter where or why I am sending flowers the recipients always comment to me about how fresh and beautiful their flowers are. They are always amazed how long they last, looking beautiful. Phoenix Flowers consistently does an excellent job.
