The Summersville Arena and Conference Center is located in the mountains of scenic Summersville, WV. We are centrally located in West Virginia, only a short, pleasant drive from most major interstates, making us easily accessible to West Virginia residents and visitors alike. Our professional and experienced staff expertly assists exhibit management before, during and after the event, providing personalized, first-class service every step of the way. The Summersville Arena and Conference Center provides on-site catering. Menus provide numerous options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snack breaks. Whatever the event, our chef and staff can meet the needs of any size or type of event. Our facility includes a 24,000 square foot arena that can easily be converted into a variety of sport-related spaces, expos, and tranformed into a beautiful ball room for weddings and special events. The arena is also used for general assembly meetings and conferences. The Conference center is 3700 square feet and is perfect for a reception, banquet meeting and breakout sessions. Its area is fully carpeted with twelve-foot ceilings and can accommodate 125 seating for a banquet or reception. Both the arena and conference center have sound systems. HDTV's are also available for presentations as well as screens and projectors.
