VENUE FEES Thursday and Sunday: Before 5:00 PM- $750.00 After 5:00 PM $1,500.00 Friday and Saturday: Before 5:00 PM- $1,000.00 After 5:00 PM- $2,500.00 PRIVATE EVENT RENTAL GUIDELINES In order to reserve the entire Garlic Restaurant + Bar venue on regularly scheduled business days, a total guest count of 65 must be met. To reserve the dining room only on a regularly scheduled business day, a guest count of 40-60 guests must be met. No private events for parties under 25 guests will be accepted. Guests are required to utilize Garlic Restaurant + Bar Vendors and are not permitted to use outside Vendors without first consulting the Event Coordinator, and will require an additional Vendor Contract for each individual outside Vendor. MENU SELECTIONS Garlic Restaurant + Bar offers three menu packages for clients to choose from. Each package includes one Salad of client’s choice as well as one Chef’s Choice Dessert. Clients may choose to include options in accordance with specific dietary guidelines (EX: Gluten Free, Vegan, Dairy Free), but may not interchange package options. Additional Al a Carte options are available upon request and are priced based on guest count. All final menu selections are due to the Event Coordinator no later than 10 business days prior to the Event Date. BAR SERVICES All private events at Garlic Restaurant + Bar require a minimum $30 per person tab, regardless of consumption. Clients may indicate the type of alcoholic beverages available to their guests, if desired (EX: top shelf only, house liquors only, etc.). Should a client wish to provide their guests with custom beverages, Client must provide Garlic Restaurant + Bar with required alcohol base type and desired names no less than 5 business days prior to the event date. One Bartender is required for every 30 guests. Bartenders are billed at $50.00 each for the first two hours (2 hour minimum). It is then $40.00 each for each additional hour or portion thereof. The bartender fees do not apply toward the minimum sales requirement.
