Our outdoor event center is now available to rent for your 2024 Spring/Summer gathering. It's a gorgeous outdoor space with a turf field. The event center is a perfectly private, intimate space for birthdays, graduations, reunions, and any celebration your planning. Our outdoor space is currently rent out hourly at $450/hour plus cleaning fee and tax. Min 3 hours of booking is required. Wedding Event that needs 6 hours or more Is not included on this price option. Please contact us via email *NOT DISPLAYED* for info on wedding packages. Cleaning fee is varied based on your party size. The total rate is applying for the space rental only. We provide a list of independent vendors for food/beverage that you can work with. You have freedom to bring in your own food catering and mocktails. We do required a licensed bartender with valid permit if you are planning to bring in alcohol. Intention behind our business model is providing the freedom to choose their food/beverages and not limited to a small selection.
