We are a hotel with 109 rooms and have 2 large spaces, each having 1070 sq. Feet. Both large spaces can also be divided in two which would then be 535 sq. feet. Max capacity for 1 large space is 87, but you can always rent both sides and have the full lower level of our hotel to yourselves. Please reach out to see if we may be able to help you with your meeting, event or other. We do not have the ability to cater in house, but you are welcome to bring in outside catering options as well as alcohol with a permit.
