Lovely venue and even lovelier owners! — An Eventective User from Pasco, WA

This venue was absolutely beautiful! Perfect for a small wedding, baby shower, large family gathering, etc. When we arrived the owners were there setting up tables and linens. They provided small coat racks for everyone's winter jackets and also let us use a beautiful wooden cupcake stand and a drink dispenser. The main space itself has so much foresty/woodsy character that very few decorations were needed. Many guests mentioned that the main entertainment space was colder than the bathrooms, but I didn't have any concerns with the building temperatures. Our event was in early December, and it snowed several inches the night before and the day of. They made sure the walking paths were clear and walkable from the parking lot. The bathrooms were in a separate building behind the main space, but they were very clean and beautifully decorated. Following the event, our damage deposit was promptly returned to us with such a sweet hand written note. I was very happy with this venue and I would book it again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful space and the nicest people — An Eventective User

We hosted the rehearsal dinner here for our son’s wedding. The venue size was perfect for our indoor event and so romantic with all the little white lights. The layout was perfect for a buffet and the owner is so nice and helpful. 10/10 would rent this space again.

Beautiful venue — An Eventective User from Spokane

I got married here September 2022 and it was wonderful! The venue owner always responds quickly to questions. There were lots of upgrades added from when we booked it in Summer 2021, like a covered extension, and more landscaping. I loved how it’s an outdoor venue without feeling like a farm, with a gorgeous indoor area too. The venue is very accommodating within reason, and also clearly lays out their policies. It is fairly close to 395 but I didn’t notice the sound of cars at all on the wedding day! A perfect venue who will do the tables and chairs setup for you but still has lots of opportunities to put your own style on the event!

Love love love! — An Eventective User from Pullman, WA

We got married at Ballard Meadows in May 2021 and we could not have chosen a more perfect venue! The manager was very friendly and helpful, he made our day perfect. 10/10 would recommend Ballard Meadows to someone who wants a cozy and intimate wedding atmosphere. Not to mention the area was GORGEOUS, beautifully maintained, and picture perfect for our golden hour photos. Ballard Meadows has a very soft spot in our hearts!

Perfect Wedding Venue — An Eventective User from Post Falls, ID

I had my wedding here on December 26th, and it snowed the night before. The owners adjusted everything to have an indoor ceremony and flipped all the chairs afterwards for a tiny reception. They cleaned the whole venue afterwards and stuck around to take care of small issues that came up. One of my bridesmaid’s cars got stuck in the driveway and the owner got her out. Awesome venue!
