Wedding Package Includes: v Use of the Duncan Estate for 10 consecutive hours on the wedding day • Three-tiered formal garden area and wrought iron gazebo for outdoor wedding ceremony • P.A. system and wireless lapel microphone for ceremony amplification • Use of the historic estate house and four acres for reception • 1800 sq ft brick patio with 30' x 60' white party tent, equipped with string lights and ceiling fans • Use of (100) white garden chairs with padded seats • Use of (13) 60” round banquet tables • Use of (6) cocktail tables • Use of (6) 6' rectangle tables • Easel for the bridal portrait display • Wire birdcage for card collection • Parking attendants and ample on-site parking • Bridal Suite dressing room with Bose sound system for the bride and bridesmaids • Groom’s Den for the gentlemen • Bottle of Duncan Estate sparkling wine for the bride & groom • Direction cards for inclusion with the invitations • One-hour rehearsal time (scheduled based upon availability) Saturdays – $3,200 for up to 100 guests Fridays and Sundays – $2,700 for up to 100 guests Mondays thru Thursdays – $1,600 for up to 100 guests Please add $10 for each additional guest (includes tables and chairs for additional guests) Maximum capacity at the Duncan Estate is 200 guests All rentals must also include a $500 refundable Damage/Cleaning Deposit and an Event Liability Insurance policy. Wedding Discounts $300 discount for weddings which are booked less than 2 months from wedding date $300 discount for weddings with 50 guests or less $300 discount for winter weddings (winter weddings are limited to 60 guests) (Only one discount may be used per event)
