In May 2011, Boston Skydive Center began operations. Dean O'Flaherty, a very skilled skydiver, is the owner of the drop zone. Dean has managed and worked at a number of skydiving facilities across the country. Dean has over 23,000 jumps under his belt, including over 10,000 tandem jumps, and he has over 28 years of experience. Dean is also a well-known skydiving videographer and photographer. We take great pleasure in providing excellent customer service and are the nearest skydiving facility to the Boston and Providence areas. Unlike many other institutions, our instructors will treat you as a guest rather than as a "Tandem number."
