Terms and Conditions

Please add 9.75% sales tax to each package. Each package that includes a bartender will include all cups and ice. The Bald Eagle, Black Bear and Elk packages will include mixers and trimmings in addition to cups and ice. Alcohol is NOT included. The bartender has an alcohol supplier available with pick up services for an additional fee. Each package includes pre-wedding planning with your wedding planner, wedding coordinator, Bartender, DJ, Reverend and Photographer. Food and drinks are served buffet style unless otherwise stated. A deposit of $1,000 is due for the Fire Fly through the Dragon Fly Packages to hold the reservation with the balance due 6 months prior. The Bald Eagle through Black Bear Packages require a 50% deposit due at time of reservation with the final payment due 90 days prior to event. All deposits are non-refundable. Flowers will be a seasonal choice. You may chose your colors.
