Sebring Florist is a small, local floral shop that excels in providing flowers for special occasions. As a pastor I've had the opportunity to utilize them for weddings, funerals, church services and special anniversaries and they've always done an excellent job. The thing that sets them apart is their willingness to prepare elaborate arrangements at a moment's notice. This being Central Florida, arrangements often fall through and Sebring Florist has been excellent with taking up the slack left when other agencies let us down. The selection on the floor in the shop isn't extensive, and there's a good deal of kitsch in the building, but virtually any arrangement you could want they will prepare. I've even received unusual flowers, such as purple and black roses, on very short notice. There are a few caveats in dealing with them, however. Their hours aren't extensive, so if you make your wife angry after 5:00 pm you'll probably have to wait until tomorrow to apologize properly. Also they're closed on weekends, which has made things awkward for placing orders when a person passes away on a Friday night. However they will still make deliveries of bouquets that have been ordered ahead of time on Saturdays and Sundays. All told Sebring Florist is a far better florist than a tiny town like Sebring could expect to have, and they're an excellent option for any occasion that would require flowers in Central Florida
