My wife and I hired Vargas Cuban Catering for our wedding. They were so helpful with communication and organizing, I didn’t have to worry about it. The appetizers, main course and desserts were all amazing. My favorite was the Ropa Vieja. Pedro is a real chef. The service was very warm, friendly and professional.
