The Center for Urban Horticulture (CUH), is located on the edge of the University of Washington campus very close to University Village, and is one of the rental venue locations of the UW Botanic Gardens. (The other rental space is the Washington Park Arboretum located a few miles away.) Surrounded by 16 acres of gardens, including a beautiful fragrance garden and natural area, CUH is an unparalleled venue in the heart of Seattle.
The Center for Urban Horticulture offers several rental spaces for meetings, lectures, classes, and social events from 20 to 200 indoor and a large outdoor event lawn perfect for 350. Outdoor space is also accessible by food trucks and can easily be tented. Ample parking is readily available.

I have catered many events here and they just keep getting better and better. Recently they hosted an open house and showcased the many areas they offer for client events from the lovely and intimate McVay Courtyard garden with a lovely greenhouse atrium to a spacious grassy field perfect for large tents and events. They also have a few indoor venues for the winter season and corporate events. Their coordinator, Lauren, is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. I look forward to every event at this venue.
