We offer three unique private event spaces: The Dieter’s Den (up to 40 guests), Victor Hall (up to 60 guests for a seated dinner or 70 for a cocktail party), and The Stoddard Room (up to 150 guests).
Our largest private event space, The Stoddard Room, can accommodate up to 150 guests, with specific capacity adjustments depending on your choice of menu and table layouts. You are able to combine Victor Hall and Stoddard for a total of 200 guests
The Stoddard Room is located on our historic top floor and features 20-foot ceilings, original heart of pine floors, exposed brick, a private bar, private restrooms, and two riverfront balconies. Amenities include Black Chiavari chairs, tables, linens, crystal candle votives, personalized menus, background dinner music capabilities, and stair or elevator access.
Yes, food and beverage minimums apply and vary based on the specific room, date, and time of your event. For example, a Saturday night event in The Stoddard Room requires a $7,500-$12,000 food and beverage minimum, which does not include the 20% gratuity and 7% tax.
To secure your desired date and private room, we require both a signed room agreement and the payment of a non-refundable room fee. Rooms remain available to other parties until both the signed agreement and fee are received.
Depending on the private room selected, we offer a range of customizable dining options prepared fresh in-house, including plated dinners, family-style meals, action stations, buffets, and heavy hors d'oeuvres.
Yes, guests can easily access our upper-level private dining spaces, including our top-floor Stoddard Room, via both stairs and elevator.
Yes, we can set up a dance floor in our Stoddard Room only. Additionally, The Stoddard Room features a projector and AV capabilities for background music, while Victor Hall and Dieter's Den have AV Capabilities as well
One single, consolidated bill is presented at the end of your event and must be paid in full that night. Please note that the initial room booking fee is non-refundable and will not be applied to or deducted from this final bill.
Yes, all three of our private event spaces offer scenic views of the Savannah River. Both Victor Hall and The Stoddard Room also feature private balconies overlooking Historic River Street and the riverfront.
