ADDITIONAL FEES-NON-REFUNDABLE $300.00 Cleaning Fee $ 150.00 Down payment toward balance of contract payable at time of booking event. $450.00 Payment must be made at time of booking to schedule event. This payment includes the above cleaning fee and down payment. $ 170.00 Event Insurance/Liability Certificate if purchased thru AASR Insurance (Proof of insurance is due one week prior to date of scheduled event) REFUNDABLE FEE $300.00 Damage Fee due one week prior to date of scheduled event. Amount will be refunded the week following event assuming no damage has occurred to venue. Security will need to be provided for by the Lessee if any alcohol is served during an event. All necessary credentials should be presented in our office one week prior to the event rental date. Alcohol Permit for serving will have to be provided by Lessee.
