Day of Coordination includes 1 in-person(if applicable) meeting at venue a month prior to wedding to do a walk through of how you want things to be executed the day of. I will also contact all your vendors(if any) a month prior to finalize details with them and create timeline for wedding. Rehearsal for ceremony is something I will be a part of to make sure everyone knows what to do the day of the wedding. (Ceremony is only for immediate family that will be walking down isle. )The day of the wedding I will be the first person there and the last person there to make sure your big day runs smoothly and without chaos. I will put all the decor you have already purchased together in the cocktail hour area, ceremony and reception the day before or day off depends on the venue. After wedding, I will put all your stuff together and help load items. A day of coordinator is somebody you want to hire just to come in one day and create magic!

This is when I come in 6 months prior to the wedding day and help you find some vendors that you haven’t booked already. Normally you would have a venue already and maybe a caterer. This is when you become stress free! My goal is to save you money and create the most beautiful day. This includes everything a day of will do as well!
