This historic venue is just North of Central Downtown, adjacent to the beautiful San Francesco di Paola Church, Piazza Italia Park, and just steps away from the newly created San Pedro Creek Culture Park. The venue offers everything you need to create the stunning occasion you and your guests will always remember. Your guests are greeted with a newly renovated Modern Italian themed foyer with elegant crystal chandeliers leading into the Renaissance Room at the Piazza which features crystal wall sconces and gorgeous wood floors that your guests will love to dance on! This room accommodates up to 200 - 220 guests with enough space for a dance floor, your DJ, Couples table, Cake table and Gift table. The space can be configure with our round tables, banquet tables, or a combination of both, elegant seating, and built in bar. An outdoor area for cocktails or additional reception area is available for to use at minimal cost. It's the perfect setting for weddings, quinceañeras, corporate or fundraising events, and meetings. You select your own licensed catering service, music, and decorations. Black and White table cloths are available at an additional fee. The Venice Room, a quaint old world separate event space, is located downstairs and features a separate bar area, square configurable tables and seating for up to 100 guests. Just right for smaller more intimate events. Your fee for either space will include a bartender, security, and clean up after your event. All beer, wine, and soft drinks must be purchased from the bar. There is a $250 deposit required at booking.
