Riverwalk Ceremony at the Upper Mill An agreement to use the Riverwalk Upper Mill for your Wedding Ceremony includes: Day of Coordinator, standard setup and cleanup. (1) hour to be used for the ceremony and picture taking; (30 mins) additional time to be used for rehearsal Thursday evening or Friday morning; Officiant, faux flower decor on the railings, Antique Arch, Music on a CD, PA Sound System and 10 ceremony site chairs Rental Rates & Guarantees All prices are quoted for a specific day, time and # of attendees. Do not change the times of your event without prior approval. Multiple events can be booked each day at Inn on the Riverwalk. Reservations/Deposits and Payments (1) All reservations will be confirmed upon receipt and acceptance of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $750.00. Inn on the Riverwalk reserves the right to refuse any application at its sole discretion. (2) A damage retainer will be charged in addition to the rental fee. This retainer will be refunded either in part or whole within two weeks after your event upon inspection of the facility following the conclusion of the event. Any damage, unapproved building usage, extra time and/or maintenance required after event or failure to follow the Inn on the Riverwalk stated policies will result in the forfeiture of some or all of this retainer plus additional sums may be due as required by Inn on the Riverwalk. If the amounts owed exceed the retainer deposit, client agrees to promptly submit payment upon demand. (3) A change in date will be handled as a cancellation; with forfeiture of all monies paid and a new deposit will be required to secure the new date. (4) Failure to pay as contracted will result in the cancellation of your event and forfeiture of all monies paid. Outside Contractors Client shall require of each of their vendors/contractors that will be conducting business on the premises of Inn on the Riverwalk to provide Inn on the Riverwalk a copy of their liability insurance listing Inn on the Riverwalk as additionally insured. This proof of insurance must be supplied to the Inn on the Riverwalk staff no later than (30) thirty days prior to the event. In the event one of your vendors/contractors that will be entering the grounds of Inn on the Riverwalk does not have the necessary insurance it will be necessary for them to contact Inn on the Riverwalk to receive a waiver. All contractors/vendors that will be doing business at Inn on the Riverwalk must meet the standards set forth by the facility and have all the necessary permits and licenses required by appropriate authorities. Inn on the Riverwalk reserves the right to exclude or prohibit any vendor from entering our grounds. Deliveries must be coordinated with Inn on the Riverwalk prior to the date of the event. Caterers shall only be selected from the Inn on the Riverwalk list of approved caterers. Smoking Policy Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside the facilities. Smoking and vaping is permitted outside of the facility. Gratuity We have a dedicated hard-working team of Coordinators, banquet servers, line servers, table servers, officiant, bartenders, the set up and tear town team that will oversee your entire event, to ensure your event runs smoothly! Gratuity of 20% of the contract total, before taxes will be charged out with a credit card we hold file at the end of the event. If you prefer to pay gratuity in cash, please inform your Day of Coordinator be House Access for Riverwalk Ceremony Packages Access to the house is restricted to members of the bridal party prior to the ceremony in designated areas only and will be closed after the ceremony. Please do not move any of the tables, chairs or mirrors. Bride's Rooms Bride's room is not included in any of the packages. Our Traditional Suites (Hemisfair or Riverwalk) can be used as dressing room$75.00 for 1 hour use prior to ceremony or $125.00 for 1 hour prior and 30min use after ceremony.
