Our double quinceañera for 250 guests at Uptown Ballroom was an absolute success, largely thanks to the director, Bobby, and his team. Hosting a large celebration requires immense coordination, and they decorated the hall beautifully to match our vision. The provided catering was exceptional; our guests raved about the quality of the food, specifically the chile verde and birria. Bobby was exceptionally professional, easy to work with, and attentive to every detail. Our guests specifically highlighted how personable and welcoming he was throughout the evening. Bobby excelled at quick problem-solving, resolving any minor issues immediately so that our families could simply enjoy a flawless, memorable, and incredibly fun night.
