Cross Hill Cabin is a true mid-century log cabin, custom cut, shaped and hewn-by-hand. Its builder was an avid collector, musician and lover of the outdoors. Over the years it has served as a family retreat and hunting lodge. Much of the cabin's original look and character has been preserved and it serves as a testament to country living and respite from the modern world. This cabin is secluded, but that doesn't mean you can't stay connected. It has high-speed Wi-Fi and an entertainment system for streaming all your favorite movies and shows. It is heated by propane and a wood burning stove and keeps a moderate temperature year round. We will provide the firewood. There is a full bath, an open living room and dining area and a classic country kitchen with antique Roper stove. It is fully stocked with plates, cups, bowls, flatware, cooking utensils, spices and basic staples like salt, sugar, coffee and tea for your comfort and enjoyment.
