Magnolia Grill Catering was born in 1999 under Chef Bruce Ford. He quickly acquired
a reputation for a quality product and can-do approach from his customers built a loyal customer base.
In 2012, Mark & Corie along with core staff took over the catering company with a desire to uphold an awesome reputation while creating a new era of excellence.
Currently, our backbone is our staff, many of whom we have been with for years. Our Banquet Chef, James Temple, has been with Bruce Ford, and now Mark & Corie for two decades and counting! This dedicated team is one area that you will see the difference with us.
