Bridal Tea — An Eventective User from Browns Summit

We had a fabulous Bridal Tea at The Penn House in April. The front porch was perfect for our approximately 50 guests. But not only the location was perfect, the staff (Emerald) was more than accommodating. From scheduling to set up and clean up, she was exceptionally helpful and helped make the entire celebration a success. I would most definitely recommend this venue for any celebration you’re planning!

We had a themed wedding. The Penn House was not what we were originally looking for but when we went to see it in person, I HAD to have my wedding here. The house and the grounds are absolutely stunning. Emerald the coordinator was incredible during the planning. She was in contact at least every couple weeks over the almost year of planning. We held our rehearsal dinner here the night before that was perfect. But then wedding morning it was raining. I was so worried we'd have to change everything to move it inside. The rain stopped about 2 hours before the ceremony was to start and the team from the Penn house was outside with towels and leaf blowers drying the tables and chairs! Had the people from the Penn not been the most amazing people ever, my wedding wouldn't have been as beautiful as it was. If you're looking for your dream event, the Penn house is where its at!

I was thoroughly impressed with The Penn House thoughout the whole experience. They gave me a fair price during their construction of the add-on their building. The landscape is so gorgeous, and the decorations that are already there are more than enough by themselves. Because of this, I bought very little for the wedding and was able to save money. The staff were top knotch and their communication was always precise and timely. I honestly could not imagine having my wedding anywhere else.

We loved every aspect of the Penn House. From the beautiful property, affordable price, and kind staff, it was the perfect venue to host our wedding ceremony and reception. The house is beautiful inside and out with rich history and tasteful decor. The outside is quite large and accommodated our 85 guests with ease. We have received nothing but compliments from our guests about the venue and would definitely recommend the Penn House!

We hosted a Couple's Shower for my step-son and his fiancee on March 19, 2022. We used the Greenhouse, and everything turned out great! The attendant for our event (Kendra) was amazing! The Penn House employees are very helpful, kind and imformative about the property. Before I settled on this venue I asked for a tour and Emme went above and beyond to show us all around. She was very helpful and patient as well when it came to viewing layout plans of the venue. This was well in range of my budget and was very spacious! The entire property is well maintained. I recommend this venue to any and everyone for your perfect event.
