Yes, there is a $500 venue fee and that includes: • Includes 4 Hour of Event Time (Guaranteed 90 minutes set- up time and 1 hour breakdown time). Depending on Event Calendar, additional set-up time might be available. To be determined closer to event date. Additional Event Time is Available at $500 per hour. Maximum 5 Hours of Event Time. • Event Staff (Servers, Bartenders and Event Lead). Dependent on Guest Count. • Set-up and Breakdown of Event. • 60” Round Dining Tables, Cocktail Tables, Chairs & any Additional Tables Needed for Event. • Standard Black or White Table Linens & Choice of Colored Napkins. Specialty Linens can be rented for Additional Charge. • AV Equipment available at no additional charge. Speaker and Microphone, Projector and Screen (Client to provide Laptop and any HDMI Cords or Power Extensions Needed). • Sonos Sound System. House Sound System that can be played throughout the event space and you have the option to send a Spotify or Pandora playlist to be played for your event

We require a signed agreement and $500 deposit which can be done electronically. • Final menu selections, guest count and details are not needed until 10 days prior to event, so we have time to plan and revise as needed!

The short answer is No. Outside Desserts ARE Allowed as long as they are provided by a bakery, restaurant or store and must be Pre-Approved by The Riviera Cantina Event Manager prior to your Event. • NO HOME MADE, UNPACKAGED/UNWRAPPED or OPENED Desserts are allowed. • No fruit, toppings or unlabeled items are permitted. • You are allowed to bring in specialty wines at a $25 corkage fee per bottle. *If ANY of above items are brought in, they will be given back to Client at end of Event or Thrown Out*
