A signed agreement and a retainer of approximately 25% reserve your date. The balance is due before the event.
Your full online gallery is delivered within 24-48 hours after the event.
We recommend a 10x10 ft footprint (8x8 ft minimum); the 360 Video Experience needs 12x12 ft. We also need access to a standard 120V outlet within 25 feet.
No. Setup and breakdown are not deducted from your rental time. Our team typically arrives 60-90 minutes before your start time. We carry $2M liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) with about two weeks' notice.
