Moore built the mansion shortly after creating Seattle's Capitol Hill, Moore Theater, Moore Hotel and other city landmarks, including finishing the famed Washington Hotel on Denny Hill. Recently restored the Moore Mansion is available for a limited number of weddings, receptions, school proms, family reunions and other special events.
