We held an all-day fantasy baseball auction on a Sunday at the conference room at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Overland Park. Highly recommend Lynne Fleenor, Sales Manager, who provided a venue within our preferred budget, catered to our needs, and oversaw the setup for the event. She drew up a floor plan for table setup, and met with me on site to walk through, making notes for changes/enhancements that were implemented without fail. The staff was courteous, the event went well, and Lynne followed up with me afterwards to determine our satisfaction. Was very impressed!
