PRIVATE RENTALS Private events and receptions include exclusive access to the entire first floor. Capacity Reception (cocktail style) up to 200 (seated) 25-50 (based on gallery selection) 75 (if multiple galleries selected) Rates $1,000 4-hour event time (set up and break down not included) $100 each additional hour Private Event Hours 6 p.m. to 12 a.m. Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. Sunday and Monday Later hours will be considered on a per event basis. SEMI-PRIVATE RENTALS Two Options: 1. Rent a gallery of your choice with closed doors to the general public for the duration of your event. Your event and guests will be confined to the gallery of your choosing. 2. Rent a gallery of your choice with open doors to the general public for the duration of your event. *Since the gallery is regularly open during these times, the general public as well as your guests and staff will be able to walk among all of the galleries. INCLUSIONS Prices include the use of (6) 6’ banquet tables, (7) high top tables depending on availability. Linens are excludes and must be procured through an off-site vendor. We offer an event-rate parking validation of $4 per guest for those that park at the Plaza Parking structure conveniently located right across the street.
