We use a booking management system called TripleSeat that easily enables you to view moment to moment updates to your Booking Event Order (BEO), submit deposits, make payments, electronically sign your booking agreement and communicate with your coordinator all through one convenient digital portal. A deposit, food & beverage minimum & $25 admin fee are required in order to secure a booking. They are based on the time and day of the week. We reserve the right to adjust minimums and deposits required during peak booking times. Ex. December, Holidays, etc. An authorized credit card on file is also required. This card does not have to be used for payment on the day of the event but will be charged any cancellation or no show fees. Additional terms may apply.
