The Hy-Vee Center is a premier venue in the heart of the corridor, opening in Fall 2025.
The Event Hall offers a bright and airy industrial space for a wide range of programs and gatherings. Oversized windows along the south wall and ceiling let natural light into the 5,000 square-foot space featuring tall ceilings, exposed steel beams, wood pillars and polished concrete floors.
Attached to the south side of the building is a stage and amphitheater, which can double as a ceremony space or an outdoor patio. Additionally, several play structures in the park provide additional entertainment for young event guests and the park’s great lawn and pond offer a lovely photo backdrop.
