The rooms have NO rental fee but do require a minimum spend for food and beverage/alcohol plus 22% service charge and tax. Included in our minimums are 3hrs events in length with the possibility of extension for additional fees. $250.00 for the first hour (4hrs) and $500.00 for the second hour (5hrs), the total extension fee is $750.00 for 5hrs (not included in the food & beverage minimums). A $500 deposit or 10% of the contract total (whichever is greater) is required to confirm and guarantee the date. WE DON’T ALLOW CORKAGE FEE/OUTSIDE ALCOHOL TO BE BROUGHT IN FOR PRIVATE EVENTS.
